Parisha is a licensed structural engineer with 21 years of experience in precast concrete design and training. Prior to joining CRSI she founded and ran KIP Engineer, a boutique engineering consultancy, focused on training and consulting, with an emphasis on litigation and code-sensitive technical reviews. Through her earlier work with the Consulting Engineers Group, she contributed to the design and engineering management of projects with over a billion dollars in construction spend that included stadiums, data centers, parking garages, industrial buildings, and prisons. Â
Parisha is recognized as a thought leader in the area of engineering and design, having delivered numerous seminars connected to precast concrete around the country as an active member of the Precast Concrete Institute. She served as a Blue-Ribbon Member for the 8th edition handbook and was nominated for the PCI Leadership Development program (LPCI). She also assisted in the development of the 9th edition Precast Concrete Handbook from 2018 until 2021. Â
Parisha received her master’s degree in Structural engineering from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee in 2001.
