Emmanuel “Manny” Hernandez serves as the Pacific Northwest Manager for CRSI, bringing over 8 years of experience as a structural engineer. Prior to joining CRSI, Manny led the structural design and coordination of complex projects across Texas and Colorado serving as the primary point of contact for contractors, owners and the design team.
His design experience spans across airport terminals, municipal buildings, public spaces and maintenance buildings with expertise in multiple reinforced concrete structural systems. Notable projects include the Terminal B Transformation and Mickey Leyland International Terminal (MLIT) at Houston’s IAH Airport as well as urban developments like the Lynn Wyatt Square in downtown Houston.
Now based in Boise, Manny is committed to serving the Pacific Northwest region. Known for his team first mindset, he’s always ready to support industry partners. He is passionate about advancing reinforced concrete design through education, collaboration, and strong industry partnerships.
Manny holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Texas.
