CRSI Fabrication Shop and Epoxy Coating Plant Tour

CRSI will host a complimentary tour of CMC’s Gastonia facility, which includes reinforcing bar fabrication operations and an epoxy coating line. Attendees will depart from the conference venue immediately following lunch and return around 5:00 p.m. The tour will include demonstrations and discussion of several reinforcing steel products and corrosion-protection systems, including ASTM A1094 GalvaBar, ASTM A1035 ChromX, ASTM A1124 textured epoxy-coated reinforcing steel, and ASTM A775 epoxy-coated reinforcing steel. CMC’s epoxy coating line will also provide an opportunity to demonstrate the new textured epoxy coating to attendees.
